- Maximum weight allowable per order is 500gm.
- If order weight exceeds more than allowable weight than mentioned, then it will be shipped in multiple shipments according to the consignment quantity.
- Shipping Rates are $18USD - $25USD
- Our company does not make delivery at P.O Box Address/Hotel Address/University Address.
- All the orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after the orders are placed as per the availability of the products.
- 8-12 business days if shipped through EMS (Express Mail Service)
- 15-20 business days if shipped through the Registered post
Our company sends an email as soon as the order is processed successfully. It will also mention the number of days (working days) within which your order will arrive. If, the order does not reach in stipulated time or gets misplaced you are suggested to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Also mention the phone number and the order info and you will be contacted as soon as possible with in 24-48 business hours with the complete order status. If still shipment cannot be tracked or takes more than specified time, the delivery guarantee of our company will come into effect. We will straight away look into the matter and take immediate action and if required the order will be re-shipped with no extra charges or a full refund will be initiated.
NOTICES YOU WILL RECEIVE
Firstly when you place an order with our company you will be given a notification call and an E-mail with the order invoice, discerning the receipt of your order, thus shipping you a copy of detailed invoice. In case, if you do not receive these notifications, then it is understood that your order was not recorded into our system and so it cannot be processed and shipped. Within two business days after your order is processed successfully with our company, you will receive shipping notice, advising that your order has been shipped, and that you can look out for delivery within stipulated time frame as per the shipping method you have selected.
HOW SHIPPMENTS ARE MADE?
Our company is based abroad, thus all shipments initiated from there are shipped to their desired addresses. USPS or the courier company as per the country is used for shipping orders worldwide. Shipments are track able. It is possible by the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company once your parcel is shipped. Through this number you can keep complete watch on the movement of your shipment till it gets delivered.
In case if on the possible date of arrival of your shipment you are not able to collect your order, in such case, you are requested to mail our customer support at email@example.com for immediate assistance.

WHAT TO DO IF DELIVERY IS LATE?
If your order does not arrive on the specified time period immediately contact us. We will get back to you with the courier's tracking number for the consignment and guidance for using this number to study the status of your shipment. If still you are not able to track your order, the credit will be sent back to your credit card, equal to the amount of your purchase, or we will ship the order again.
WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY?
Our company will send email to you in within 24 Business hours after placing an order, confirming that your payment has received final approval. Email will also state the time frame when you can expect delivery. Your order will take 8-12 days (working days) if shipment is done through EMS, and takes 15-20 days (working days) if shipment is done through registered post.
